Caper sealed the victory with an interception with under a minute to play and Miami in potential game-tying field goal range. The Cardinals’ defense picked off Miami quarterback Carson Beck 4 times and held him to zero touchdowns in the win. Louisville QB Miller Moss threw for 248 yards and 2 touchdowns while rushing for another to lead the Cardinals. Wide receiver Chris Bell was the preferred target with 9 receptions for 136 yards and 2 touchdowns while Isaac Brown rushed for 113 yards in the game. Malachi Toney caught 9 passes for 135 yards for Miami in the loss.
