Louisville wideout Chris Bell's first collegiate touchdown was a doozy, coming midway through the third quarter Friday against N.C. State.

With the Cardinals trailing 10-0, Bell came up with a highlight reel play when his squad needed it most. Fighting through interference from Wolfpack cornerback Shyheim Battle, Bell grabbed an underthrown pass from quarterback Jack Plummer in the end zone, scooping the football inches from the turf for six points.
The sophomore waited eight games to grab touchdown No. 1 as a Cardinal. Bell played five games as a freshman in 2022, tallying four receptions for 90 yards. However, after Friday's score, he's already surpassed last year's output in one less game, posting nine receptions for 152 yards and a touchdown over four outings.
