Miami offensive tackle Francis Mauigoa has been an impactful player since his freshman season, and now, heading into his junior year, he is one of the top players to watch for the 2025 season.  Francis Mauigoa is the top offensive lineman on our list of the best returning ACC players. The junior is heading into his third year as a starter and is projected to be a first round pick in the 2026 draft. Since coming into college, Mauigoa has a 71.4 run blocking grade, which is tied for the fourth best in the ACC. In 2024, he was the only FBS offensive tackle to allow two or fewer knockdowns while pass-blocking for 500 or more snaps.
