No. 4 Florida State overcame an injury to star quarterback Jordan Travis and still beat North Alabama to improve to 11-0 on the season, 58-13. The 'Noles fell behind 13-0 early and Travis left in the first quarter to be replaced by Tate Rodemaker. Rodemaker completed 13-23 passes for 217 yards with 2 touchdown passes in relief of Travis. Mike Norvell's team leaned on the running game as they racked up 248 yards on the ground and 5 rushing scores behind the running of Trey Benson, Lawrance Toafili, CJ Campbell Jr., Caziah Holmes, Samuel Singleton Jr., and Rodney Hill. The 'Noles defense held The Lions to 226 yards of total offense in the game.
