Penn State's leading receiver Jahan Dotson opted out of the Outback Bowl, but Parker Washington stepped up in his absence in a big way for the Nittany Lions when he made one of the best catches of the season Saturday.
Washington, a 5-foot-10 sophomore, wowed when he hauled in a 19-yard pass on third down with a leaping one-handed grab against the Arkansas defense.
