The one angle made it look like Sanders had perhaps avoided making helmet to helmet contact, but the other makes it pretty clear that the crown of his helmet was driven right into the head and neck area of the UCLA receiver.
Sanders, along with his starting quarterback Shedeur Sanders, are the sons of head coach Deion Sanders. Both play major roles on this year's Colorado team.
Shilo has been one of the few bright spots on a Colorado defense that has struggled at times this season and entered play on Saturday as the team's leading tackler. He also had an interception that he returned 80 yards for a touchdown earlier this season,
Thanks to the Sanders family and a huge infusion of talent from the transfer portal, Colorado became one of the biggest stories in college football to open the season. Some of the team's flaws along the offensive line and on defense have started to show themselves over the past few weeks and Colorado entered play on Saturday having lost three of its past four games.
