In 2024, Will Campbell had one of the most steady and reliable seasons of any offensive lineman in college football. He started every regular-season game at left tackle for LSU and stayed on the field for every offensive snap in 10 of those matchups, including all SEC games.
Campbell’s strong play helped protect quarterback Garrett Nussmeier, as he gave up just two sacks all year and only five during his entire college career. Even though some scouts have concerns about his 32 5/8-inch arms, Campbell’s solid technique, toughness, and ability to block both run and pass plays make him one of the top tackle prospects in the draft.
Campbell and Missouri Tigers' Armand Membou are two of the top offensive tackle prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft, and both have drawn attention for their arm lengths—a key measurement for the position. Campbell's arms measured at 32 5/8 inches at the NFL Combine, but later improved to 33 inches at his Pro Day, according to his NFL profile. This puts him right at the minimum arm length that many teams prefer for tackles.
On the other hand, Missouri’s Membou came in slightly longer at 33 1/8 inches, with an 82-inch wingspan. His NFL profile shows he has a small advantage over Campbell in both arm length and reach, which can help when going up against long, fast edge rushers.
LSU OT Will Campbell on people scrutinizing his arm length: "For two years, nobody had any measurements on me, and nobody said anything about my play. So now, all of a sudden, arm length decides if I’m a good player or not? I think it’s BS." pic.twitter.com/Pmpz8YQEde

Despite questions about his arm length, Campbell hasn’t let it define his game. Over the past two seasons at LSU, he played 994 pass-blocking snaps and allowed just two sacks, showing how reliable he was in protecting the quarterback. His run-blocking also stood out, earning a strong 80.7 grade, according to his NFL profile.
When asked about the sudden focus on his measurements, Campbell didn’t hold back: “For two years, nobody had any measurements on me, and nobody said anything about my play. So now, all of a sudden, arm length decides if I’m a good player or not? I think it’s BS.” His performance speaks for itself, proving he has the skill and mindset to compete at the next level.
