Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will meet again, this time in the Super 4 stage, at the Dubai International Stadium on Saturday. Sri Lanka topped Group B with a clean sweep, winning all three of their matches, while Bangladesh progressed after defeating Hong Kong and Afghanistan.

In their previous encounter in the Asia Cup, Bangladesh posted 139 runs, with Jaker Ali, Shamim Hossain, and captain Litton Das being the only players to score in double figures. Sri Lanka chased down the target comfortably in just 14.4 overs, thanks to half-centuries from Pathum Nissanka and Kamil Mishara.

Both teams will be determined to secure a victory, especially with key clashes against Group A teams, India and Pakistan, coming up. Sri Lanka will face Pakistan on September 23 and India on September 26, while Bangladesh will take on India on September 24 and Pakistan the following day.
