Lumbini Lions Beat Kathmandu Gorkhas By 4 Wickets

In a nail-biting Nepal Premier League eliminator held at Kirtipur, the Lumbini Lions narrowly defeated the Kathmandu Gorkhas by four wickets. The Gorkhas set a target of 111 runs in 19.1 overs, with the top scorer being Santosh Yadav, who made 23 runs off 17 balls. Next to him was Mohammad Aadil Alam, who scored 18 runs off 11 balls, followed by John Simpson and Bhim Sharki, who contributed 18 and 16 runs, respectively.

The bowler Sher Malla was the main figure for Lumbini, getting rid of three of the Gorkhas’ top batsmen, besides captain Rohit Paudel, who also took three wickets.
