After lifting their maiden title in the 2024 edition, Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women had a forgettable season last year (2025), finishing fourth in the standings. The team will look to keep the past results behind and come in fresh for this season. They will enter the WPL 2026 auctions to bolster their squad further. 

Speaking of auctions, they retained four players, such as Smriti Mandhana, Richa Ghosh, Ellyse Perry, and Shreyanka Patil. They have a purse amount of just INR 6.15 crore and will look to make the most of it. Australian batter Georgia Voll was their first pick in the mega-auction, as they got her services for INR 60 lakh.
