Shubman Gill, who was spending some time off in Adelaide, Australia, was surprised on the road with an encounter. Shopping and relaxing out, he was confronted by a Pakistani fan who shook his hand and yelled out, "Pakistan Zindabad." The young Indian cricketer did not mind, though, and just went about his day without so much as a flinch, including taking the handshake and then moving off.
Shubman Gill was recently appointed as the full-time skipper of India's ODI team, but his maiden game in charge did not go according to plan. India played against a powerful Australian team and faltered in batting and fielding. Shubman, who is normally accustomed to calm and effectual batting, failed to make an impact and scored merely 10 runs in 18 balls.
Sadly, he was sacked after getting hit on the leg by a ball, which made him unlucky. As a whole, India was outplayed by Australia, and the game concluded in a disappointing defeat for the new captain.
