Team India opener Abhishek Sharma celebrated his Asia Cup 2025 Player of the Tournament award by posing for photos with legendary cricketer Yuvraj Singh. The duo clicked pictures during their flight back home after the tournament concluded.

The Men in Blue secured a record ninth Asia Cup title with a thrilling five-wicket win over Pakistan on Sunday, September 28, chasing down 147 in the final over. Abhishek shared a few snaps with Yuvraj, who has been a key mentor and influential figure in the young batter’s career.

Abhishek Sharma was gifted a Haval H9 SUV for being named Player of the Tournament in the 2025 Asia Cup. Yuvraj Singh congratulated the opener on his outstanding performance and encouraged him to enjoy the car.

Yuvraj also praised Tilak Varma for his match-winning innings of 69* off 53 balls in the final, highlighting his pivotal role in India’s triumph. Additionally, he acknowledged the contributions of Kuldeep Yadav, Sanju Samson, and Shivam Dube, sharing his thoughts on X after the final clash.
