The draw for the 2025 Belgian Darts Open has been announced. This Euro Tour tournament will take place from Friday, March 7 to Sunday, March 9 in Wieze. The participants include most top names.
Mike de Decker begins his tournament at home against Thomas Lovely. If he wins, a cracker with world number one Luke Humphries awaits. Gerwyn Price can meet Gian van Veen in the second round. Stephen Bunting could face Jermaine Wattimena.
Raymond van Barneveld faces off with English talent Cameron Crabtree. James Wade faces the winner of this encounter. Wessel Nijman could face Jonny Clayton.
The defending champion at the Belgian Darts Open is reigning world champion Luke Littler. The 18-year-old teenage sensation will open his hunt for title two against Ryan Searle or Darryl Pilgrim. Two-time world champion Peter Wright is paired with the winner of the match between Cameron Menzies and Matt Campbell, while Gary Anderson faces Luke Woodhouse or a Host Nation Qualifier. Dave Chisnall, winner of the first edition of this tournament in 2023, will meet Ricardo Pietreczko or Matthew Dennant.
The first round will take place on Friday, where the 16 Pro Tour players will face 16 players who emerged from the various qualifying tournaments. The winners of these matches will face a player from the top-16 of the world rankings in the second round on Saturday.
