Gerwyn Price will not be in action at the Dutch Darts Championship in Rosmalen this weekend after all. 'The Iceman' has withdrawn from the Euro Tour tournament, the PDC reported.
Price was still part of the field of participants on Thursday when the draw was made. There he was paired with the winner of the duel between Gian van Veen and Boris Krcmar.
From Ireland, William O'Connor is flown in to take Price's spot. Moreover, the Irishman will also take over Price's seeding, so O'Connor will start in the second round. A meeting with Van Veen or O'Connor awaits.
