Luke Littler said that he hopes they move venues next year as he continues his negative run in front of German crowds after the World Cup of Darts. Littler is gearing up to play the US Darts Masters in the coming day.

Littler will face Jules van Dongen and it is a new type of pressure this year as he said he has shown it is not a fluke as to his initial success that saw him catapulted to acclaim.

"I've come a long way. But there's still so many years. But the opportunities I'm getting at the minute coming to Madison Square Garden, it's unbelievable. It's growing in the States but I'm sure we will fill this in a few years to come," said Littler to Online Darts.

"Last year was more of let's go and win the European titles, win the ProTour titles, the Premier League. I just wanted to say to everyone who said it was a fluke, shouldn't be ready for the Premier League and went onto win it. This year has been good so far, the Premier League didn't go to plan. Can settle and look forward to the second half of the year."

He also faced negativity in regards to the World Cup of Darts with Dennis Priestley saying they let their country down and he said it was an overreaction.

"It was crazy. Gezzy didn't turn up at the same time, didn't sit next to each other but I'm sure I saw Luke's interview before we do our own thing, I don't want to go to the venue four and a half hours before. For myself I need two and a half hours. We didn't click but I'm sure we will be back again."

"Germany played two group games, they were ready. For myself totally new stage, atmosphere. We knew what was coming. It didn't happen. But let's hope they move venues next year."

All roads lead to the World Matchplay but he wants another World Series title first before having the simple goal of finally winning in Blackpool.

"I want to pick up another World Series before the Finals. The Matchplay didn't go to plan last year playing Michael (van Gerwen). I just want to win a game, the crowd were unbelievable."

His good friend AngryGinge claimed huge acclaim for playing in Soccer Aid and he said that he was asked to play in landing from Frankfurt but says there is plenty of time.

"He texted me like do you want to play, I can try and sort it and I was like...no. I think we landed at 9:10am so I messaged him then fell asleep. But what he's doing, a lad from Salford and he's helped me a lot. Crazy. I'd have him at United right now."

"Soccer Aid and Sidemen charity match is there. The YouTubers I've watched them for years and years. There's going to be plenty of opportunities so maybe next year will be the one."
