Luke Littler the only PDC player averaging 100+ in 2025 – Michael van Gerwen languishing outside top-10

Luke Littler continues to raise the bar in 2025, not just with his results, but with the sheer quality of his performances. Having already made history as the youngest World Darts Champion at the start of the year, ‘The Nuke’ backed it up by winning a second major title at the UK Open just two months later.

Now, halfway through the season, Littler is not only second in the PDC Order of Merit — behind the in-form Luke Humphries — but also stands alone as the only Tour Card holder averaging over 100 across all competitions in 2025. From 95 matches played so far, the 18-year-old sensation has recorded a staggering overall average of 100.92.

Luke Humphries, the world number one and multiple-time major winner from late 2023 into 2024, isn’t far behind. ‘Cool Hand Luke’ has played 90 matches this year with an average of 99.58, maintaining relentless consistency at the very top of the game.

Former world champion Gerwyn Price rounds out the top three. ‘The Iceman’ has chalked up 100 matches in 2025, producing a strong average of 98.77 as he continues his pursuit of more silverware.

Josh Rock and Gary Anderson also feature prominently, averaging 98.69 and 98.65 respectively, while Gian van Veen is the highest-ranked Dutch player on the list. The 21-year-old has played 98 matches and averaged 98.19, good enough for sixth place in the overall standings.

Stephen Bunting and Dirk van Duijvenbode are also flying the flag for their countries with distinction. Bunting holds a season average of 97.82 from 92 games, while Van Duijvenbode — nicknamed ‘Aubergenius’ — is eighth with 97.74 from 88 matches.

Other notable names in the top 25 include Chris Dobey (97.08), Michael van Gerwen (96.58), Jonny Clayton (96.52), and Ryan Searle (96.50), with Dom Taylor and Connor Scutt also breaking into the elite group with averages north of 94.
