The 'Lukes' rule: Top 5 highest averages in Premier League Darts 2025 dominated by Littler and Humphries
Felix Höfer/PDC Europe

The twelfth night of the Premier League Darts 2025 was completed in Liverpool last Thursday. The weekly title went to Gerwyn Price, who was too strong for Luke Humphries in the final, 6-4.

Despite his defeat in the final, Humphries again made a special impression in Liverpool. In his 6-3 quarterfinal win against Nathan Aspinall, the former world champion posted an average of no less than 113.50, the third highest average during this edition of Premier League Darts.

On the opening night of this year's Premier League Darts, Luke Littler did just a little bit better in his quarterfinal against Michael van Gerwen with 113.91. Remarkably, Littler lost that match against Van Gerwen 6-5.

The highest average in this Premier League Darts still remains in Humphries' name. On the tenth match day in Manchester, he was too strong for Stephen Bunting in the quarter-finals, 6-1. In that match, 'Cool Hand Luke' achieved a fabulous average of 118.43.

The top five highest averages in Premier League Darts 2025 are now occupied entirely by Humphries and Littler. These gentlemen also occupy the first two spots in the standings, although Littler has the lead there for now.
