The highest average of the day went to Damon Heta. 'The Heat' was dominant in his 6-1 win over Frenchman Thibault Tricole in the last 64, recording an impressive average of 107.69. Heta was eventually knocked out a round later, suffering a 6-3 defeat to Lipscombe.

Krzysztof Ratajski posted the second-highest average of the day. The 'Polish Eagle' triumphed over Daryl Gurney 6-3 in the last 16, with a solid average of 106.20. Ratajski’s run ended in the quarterfinals, where he was narrowly defeated 6-5 by eventual champion Anderson.
Alan Soutar completed the top three. The Scot defeated Raymond van Barneveld 6-3 in the opening round, recording an average of 105.44. However, 'Soots' was eliminated in the last 32, losing 6-2 to Peter Wright.
In the top 10 highest averages of Players Championship 7, the in-form Gian van Veen is also notable by his appearance on the list. With a 104.01 average, the Dutchman took a 6-1 victory over German Tim Wolters in the last 64. Van Veen was eliminated a round later, losing 6-3 to Karel Sedlacek.
