The Women's World Matchplay will be played on Sunday afternoon, July 27, at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool. In this article you will find all the information about the field, results, format and history of this event.
This tournament is the only televised tournament at the PDC specifically for women. The field of participants consists of the best eight players from the PDC Women's Series over the past 12 months.

All matches are played in a legs format. As the tournament progresses, the format goes up. The quarterfinals will be played over best of 7 legs, followed by best of 9 legs in the semifinals. The final is then played over best of 11 legs.
