Sometimes scripted jokes don't land or there's a group of presenters who would rather be somewhere else. And that's why it's important to have a host that can keep celebrities, attendees, and viewers locked in. Hosting requires more than simply reading a teleprompter—it takes elite speaking and improv skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected situations while commanding a room.
