Ayesha and Stephen Curry will host HBO Max's 'Tattletales' revival

Deadline is the tattletale now.

The outlet's Alexandra Del Rosario relayed Friday that HBO Max has ordered a revival of game show Tattletales with power couple Ayesha and Stephen Curry as the reboot's hosts and executive producers.

"The reimagined Tattletales will bring together celebrity couples to reveal hilarious insights about their relationship through fun challenges and games," Del Rosario explained. "Three couples will join Ayesha and Stephen on an exclusive date night to go head-to-head on uncensored relationship trivia and games, competing to see who knows their partner best."

Tattletales originally aired on CBS from 1974 to '77, then again from 1982 to '84, with Bert Convy was the primary host. It was a Mark Goodson-Bill Todman Production in partnership with Fremantle, which will also produce this iteration alongside Ayesha Curry's Sweet July Productions.

"We are so excited to be a part of bringing this awesome game show back to life," Curry, an All-Star point guard for the Golden State Warriors said, while bestselling author Ayesha added: "Our families are huge fans of the original so to be able to host and produce this show together is such a joy. We’re both so busy with life that each episode will be an opportunity to hang out with some iconic power couples, have fun and let loose a bit. We can’t wait!"

Steph co-founded production company Unanimous Media, which signed a film and television deal with Sony in 2018. Since, the three-time champion and two-time NBA MVP has served as co-producer of ABC competition show Holey Moley.

Unanimous Media was also in the news last week:
