Justin Vernon is a busy bee, musically speaking, what with collaborating with the likes of Taylor Swift and Charli XCX. However, he's still found the time to return to the band project that made his name, Bon Iver. The band has announced a new full album, its first since 2019's "i, i."
The new album is called "SABLE, fABLE" because Bon Iver is clearly a fan of irritating linguistic choices. "SABLE, fABLE" features 12 songs and is scheduled to be released April 11. You can pre-order the album already if you are so inclined.
Though this is Bon Iver's first full album since 2019, it did drop an EP just last year, which was titled "SABLE." Yes, the three songs that comprised that EP are featured on "SABLE, fABLE." However, that also means you can get a taste of what to expect from the album already!
The album, Bon Iver's fifth, features an appearance from Danielle Haim of the band Haim (you may have deduced that). A music video for the track "Everything is Peaceful Love" is dropping, fittingly, on Valentine's Day.
