Clark Kent Costume Revealed as Shots Leak From Superman

David Corenswet was spotted in full Clark Kent gear while filming Superman.

The actor swapped his figure-hugging red and blue ensemble for an ill-fitting suit, oversized glasses, and a ridiculous curly wig to portray the Daily Planet reporter.

As tweeted by Twitter user GothamChief, the pics show Corenswet on the way to work. Brandishing a satchel and copy of the day’s newspaper, he’s struggling to navigate the heavy foot traffic of Metropolis.

If only he could fly. To be fair, Corenswet’s convincingly nerdy look makes you less likely to automatically identify him as a powerful alien superhero. It would take several seconds of scrutiny at least.

Corenswet’s transformation is an improvement on previous Superman actor Henry Cavill’s, who merely threw on some glasses and called it a day. It’s a wonder he kept his secret identity hidden for so long.

It could have all been so different as Jacob Elordi turns down the Superman role.
