'Clayface' trailer brings body horror to the DCU

The DCU hit CinemaCon 2026 hard with some much needed news about Clayface. We’ve been very curious about this film, which centers around Matt Hagen (Tom Rhys Harries), an actor who has the worst luck EVER. He’s disfigured by a gangster and turns to a scientist to help fix his mug. Well, to say it doesn’t work is an understatement.

He is transformed into a clay being, which is no one’s dream life. The film is coming to theaters are the right time on October 23, just in time for Halloween. And, we got to see the first teaser trailer for Clayface.

We see Matt lying in a hospital as images of his medical torture flash through his mind. We even see him before his unfortunate transformation, including a final scene where he’s lying in a tub and then pulls his hand over his face, which appears to disappear and melt like clay.
