Drew & Jonathan Scott Celebrate Older Brother J.D. Scott’s Birthday

Drew and Jonathan Scott may be known as the Property Brothers, but they are only two of their parents’ three children.

The HGTV stars share an older brother, J.D. Scott. The twins took to social media on Wednesday, May 27, to celebrate their sibling’s milestone 50th birthday. Drew posted several pics of himself and J.D. over the years, including a fun throwback snap of the pair.

“JD has been putting up with me my entire life. That alone deserves a celebration,” Drew jokingly captioned the post. “Happy birthday, big bro!” The upload’s other photos included the brothers hanging out with a monkey, J.D. posing with Drew dressed in a knight costume, and J.D. sporting a kilt.

“Happy birthday JD. awesome 1st pic!!” one fan commented underneath the post. Another added, “Happy Birthday to your big brother!” Referring to the slide’s first photo, someone else stated, “How have i never realized that he looks like Matthew Lillard?”

A different person posted, “Happy Birthday JD! Thanks for putting up with those two Bros of yours and making them somewhat as cool as you!” A separate commenter said, “Congratulations JD, happy birthday! Wishing you lots of health and happiness.”

For his Instagram birthday tribute, Jonathan created a portrait of J.D. as the Masters of the Universe character He-Man. Posing behind him in the fake photo is the franchise’s main villain, Skeletor.

“Happy birthday @mrjdscott !! In celebration of your 50th… I’ve commissioned this piece of art for you,” he wrote before joking, “When should I drop it of? Anybody else want a copy?”

In the post’s comments, one person wrote, “Happy 50th Birthday JD! I absolutely LOVE this painting of you!” Another quipped, “Woah, JD! I didn’t know you were so buff!!!”

A different user exclaimed, “This is just hysterical Jonathan LOL! Happy Birthday.” Someone else wrote, “Hilarious @jonathanscott! Happy birthday to JD!”

J.D. works alongside his younger brothers in the worlds of entertainment and home design and renovation, and helped found the trio’s production company, Scott Brothers Global. He has also made appearances on Drew and Johnathan’s various HGTV shows, including Property Brothers at Home, Brother vs. Brother, and Don’t Hate Your House with the Property Brothers, among others.

He has been married to Annalee Belle since 2019. The couple tied the knot during a festive Halloween-themed ceremony in Las Vegas. “World, I introduce the newly weds,” he captioned an Instagram photo from their nuptials, at which their guests wore fun Halloween costumes. “Last night was one of the most epic celebrations I have ever witnessed. So honored to have so many friends and family here with us for the wedding.”
