Emily Osment on working with Betty White: 'She's got a mouth on her'

Betty White is a national treasure. The more we learn about her, the more we love her.

That includes Emily Osment's assertion that the 99-year-old Emmy winner has "a mouth on her" while visiting The Kelly Clarkson Show this week. (Jay Leno was guest-hosting and confirmed.)

"I don't know what words I can say on this television show, so I'm gonna hold back," Osment, 29, lovingly added. "She's very funny. I was very fortunate to work with Betty. She did, I wanna say at least three episodes of Young and Hungry. She did a couple. And man, she—first of all, she's beautiful. She's just so stunning to look at. She's got really beautiful skin, and she shows up and then she's razzing you."

White appeared in two episodes of Young and Hungry, the ABC Family-turned-Freeform sitcom that Osment starred in for five seasons from 2014-18. White's episodes came during the fifth and final season 2017.

Osment told Leno that White did Young and Hungry around her birthday. The Golden Girls icon, "a huge animal rights activist," had a petting zoo of exotic animals on set. Again: national treasure.
