The movie takes place in a retro-futuristic world separate from the MCU’s main universe, but the two worlds will undoubtedly meet at some point in the future.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day (July 24, 2026)

At the end of Spider-Man: No Way Home, everyone forgot about Tom Holland‘s delightful Peter Parker. After such a downer of an ending, it will be a treat to see how the web-slinger rebuilds his life. Since this is the first MCU Spider-Man movie without the word “home” in the title, this film represents a new start for Spider-Man. Supposedly, the Hulk and the Punisher will have roles in the film.

Avengers: Doomsday (December 18, 2026)

Fans were devastated when Tony Stark died in Avengers: Endgame. However, the MCU hasn’t seen the last of Robert Downey Jr. In Avengers: Doomsday, he will be playing Dr. Doom, the Fantastic Four’s longtime nemesis. The Avengers will have to get back together to face off against Dr. Doom’s threats, though little else is known about the plot.
