It’s official. We have seen the most ridiculous trailer of 2025. It is weird, wacky, and we cannot wait to get to the theaters to see the entire film. Jack Black and Paul Rudd are teaming up for an Anaconda reboot film that will lean far more into comedy than the original and boy is the trailer a ton of fun.

We meet our two main guys, Doug and Griff, who want to recreate their favorite film ever, Anaconda. They are experiencing a midlife crisis and decide to take a small crew into the Amazon to film it.

However, their movie snake dies and a much, much larger one appears. And this snake ain’t no actor. It is, in fact, hungry for humans. Now, everyone is in a horror movie that they didn’t ask to be a part of.

The Anaconda reboot trailer promises a movie that’s pure fun. This is what we all need right now. The best part is that Anaconda will hit theaters on Christmas Day and give us all the gift of laughter.
