Jeremy Allen White Shows Up to Support Molly Gordon at ‘Oh, Hi!’ Screening

Jeremy Allen White and Molly Gordon play love interests on The Bear, and it is probably the worst kept secret that they are love interests in real life. The successful TV show, which is on its 5th season, features White as the lead character, Chef Carmy (or Carmine) with Gordon playing Claire. A dark comedy of sorts, but with some fraught dramatic scenes, this creative culinary-genre series never fails to impress.

The chemistry between Carmy and Claire is undeniable. In an interview relating to her 2023 start on The Bear, Gordon said she didn’t have time to screen test with her costar, Jeremy Allen White. The first scene they read was the one in the restaurant’s refrigerator. It went so incredibly well that the two stars were soon “shipped.”

The onscreen chemistry soon translated to offscreen interests, thus leading to the two of them hanging out. White and Gordon were spotted in Los Angeles in September 2024. They were holding hands, kissing, and hugging, and definitely acting a little closer than friendly costars!

Molly and Jeremy Off the Set

October 2024 the two were spotted in New York City. They appeared to be enjoying themselves on a date night. People close to the couple say the two seemed to be really into each other. In an interview with Glamour in June of 2024 Molly stated that it was an “opposites attract moment” when meeting Jeremy.

The two “opposites” spend a good amount of time together, according to an unnamed inside source. They further said:

She spends time at his house. They go on lunch dates and seem to have a great time. They’re affectionate, often in deep conversations and seem curious to get to know each other better.

In New York City, Oh, Hi! had a screening on July 22nd. White was spotted supporting Gordon who is both the writer and star in it. Also at the event were Logan Lerman (Molly’s Oh, Hi! costar) and his fiancé, Ana Corrigan. Additionally present at the screening was actor Owen Thiele, who is the son of composer Bob Thiele, Jr.

White and Gordon were said to be holding hands, being affectionate, but keeping it low-key. Gordon joined The Bear cast in season two as Claire, a childhood friend of Carmy’s. The two developed an intense on screen chemistry, as well as off screen. This has fueled romance rumors for the past 10 months. White was also seen hanging out with Gordon’s parents after the screening, so there truly might be a serious relationship in the works!
