Justin Bieber passes Drake to set new Billboard Hot 100 all-time record

Justin Bieber already surpassed Elvis Presley in March, so why not add Drake to the list?

The 27-year-old superstar collected his 100th overall entry on Billboard's Hot 100 chart when "Stay" by The Kid LAROI featuring the Biebs debuted at No. 3 on Monday (July 19).

"Bieber reaches the mark at 27 years, four months and three weeks of age, spanning from his March 1, 1994, birth to the date of the latest Hot 100," Billboard's Gary Trust relayed. "He passes Drake, who tallied his 100th career title on the chart when he was 28 years, 11 months and two weeks old in 2015. Now in third place, Lil Wayne scored his 100th Hot 100 hit when he was 29 years, five months and three weeks old in 2012."

"Stay" dropped July 9, alongside yet another music video directed by Colin Tilley, a frequent collaborator of Bieber's.

Laroi, 17, signed with SB Projects for management in early June. The company is helmed by Scott "Scooter" Braun, who of course discovered Bieber in 2008 as a small-town Canadian preteen posting covers to YouTube.

Bieber and Laroi performed "Stay" for the first time July 9 during the former's 18-song set at Encore Theater in Las Vegas:

Bieber will embark on his Justice World Tour beginning Feb. 18, 2022, in support of his sixth studio album by the same name.

Laroi will release F—k Love 3—"Stay" is the third track on the EP—on Friday (July 23).
