Kat Graham speaks on her bond with 'The Vampire Diaries' co-stars Candice King and Nina Dobrev

Kat Graham is sharing how, despite The Vampire Diaries ending eight years ago, she still sees co-stars Candice King and Nina Dobrev "a lot, actually."

In an interview with PEOPLE, she expressed, "We still like to honor the fans from the show, even though Candice has a new show on Amazon, Nina's always doing a new film. ... so it's a great way to stay connected. We see each other at a lot of appearances. Those are my girls — 16 years of knowing two people."

The actress continued to say, "And we've always had that bond, and we always will. To be honest, we've actually never had a fight. Can you believe that? Never. I've never had a fight with either one of them. I can't speak for each of them, but I'm assuming it's the same. We've never had a fight ever."

"I mean, it's hard to say soulmates because we see each other so sporadically. Our schedules are so intense, but I would like to consider them my soulmates," Graham concluded

The Vampire Diaries ran for a total of eight seasons on The CW, starting back in 2008 and ending in 2017. Graham portrayed Bonnie Bennett, while King played Caroline Forbes and Dobrev starred as Elena Gilbert and Katherine Pierce.

King recently reflected on the experience with The Hollywood Reporter: "Gratitude. One, to now realize how it’s a very unique experience to get the opportunity to film eight seasons of a show with 22 episodes. As an actor, that’s hard. … And I’m proud to be part of something that has brought people comfort or joy. We still go to these conventions where we get to not only see each other as co-workers and kind of have our own reunion, but we meet and greet a lot of the people who continue to watch the show and fans of the series, and the things that they share are very personal. … My character, Caroline, lost her mother on the show to cancer, and I have a lot of people come up to me and say, 'I watched that season and it helped me get through that period of time,' and so to be a part of something that gives someone the space to experience all those emotions, like a safe place to do that, is the coolest thing."

The series resulted in two spin-offs: The Originals, which was a total of five seasons, and Legacies, which lasted for four seasons.
