There are now YouTube shows that have been around long enough to be considered institutions of the medium. One of those is the high-concept talk show "Hot Ones." Hosted by Sean Evans, the conceit is that celebrity guests answer questions while eating wings (or wing substitutes) slathered in intensely-spicy hot sauces. For a few years now "Hot Ones" has been big enough to get A-lister after A-lister, and it has even gotten spoofed on "Saturday Night Live."
"Hot Ones" is celebrating a decade of questions, answers, and Scoville units, and for the occasion, Kevin Hart has returned. Hart was recently on Seth Meyers' late-night show, and frankly these days "Hot Ones" is just as culturally relevant.
Evans is a good enough interviewer that the hot sauces have come to feel almost gimmicky. Of course, the gimmick can't be abandoned now. Congrats to Evans and the "Hot Ones" crew for the 10 years of growing success.
Check out Evans and Hart in celebration, and capsaicin-fueled pain, on "Hot Ones."
