Kristen Stewart Calls Rose Glass “A Little Freak” in New BTS Look At Love Lies Bleeding

Love Lies Bleeding hits select theaters this Friday, and Kristen Stewart has described it as "a fever dream you don't want to wake up from" in a fresh look at the behind-the-scenes action from the new film from Rose Glass.

Starring Kristen Stewart, Katy O'Brian, Jena Malone, Anna Baryshnikov, with Dave Franco and Ed Harris, Love Lies Bleeding follows a gym manager, Lou, who falls for Jackie, a bodybuilder who is passing through town en route to a competition in Las Vegas.

Following the success of her debut feature, Saint Maud, audiences have been keen to see where Glass would turn her eye next.

Glass describes it as "a love story between two seemingly different women" where "lots of things just start to go very, very wrong".

Stewart has nothing but praise for Glass. "Rose knows exactly what she's doing. She's an incredible filmmaker," she says. "The voice of it is so distinctly hers. She's such a little freak."

"When things get violent, it gets real violent," Franco says during our look at some of the film's graphic and claustrophobic imagery.

Glass says, "I hope [the audience] have a lot of fun watching it", and she'll get to know if they do soon as Love Lies Bleeding hits select theaters on March 8 and everywhere on March 15.
