Gen.G Esports Versus Nongshim Redforce

Prediction: Gen.G 2-0

NS will have more time to settle with Diable, but it likely will not be long enough. Gen.G is shaky, but NS needs to be at their best to challenge them. Diable has the potential to contest with Ruler. We have also seen Gen.G shut down Diable before.

Hanwha Life Esports Versus DN SOOPers

Prediction: HLE 2-0

The best versus the worst team in the LCK. Another result besides an HLE 2-0 will be a surprise. They are the best team in the league, and DNS has shown no signs of challenging anyone recently.

Dplus KIA Versus KT Rolster

Prediction: KT 2-1

KT is on the downswing after their results last week. They did not win a game against HLE or BRO. Playing versus KT is going to be a test, whether it was a fluke or not. They need to get back on their feet fast; they could plummet further.

HANJIN BRION Versus FearX

Prediction: BFX 2-1

The match could go either way. BRO is on the upswing, while it is difficult to gauge BFX at the moment. They beat DNS with Taeyoon, but BRO has been playing on a different level. They should still beat BRO, but anything is possible.

T1 Versus DN SOOPers

Prediction: T1 2-0

Much like the HLE series, T1 should dominate. However, they are known to bring the T1 circus into town, and this is the perfect game for it. DNS pushed T1 last time, and we might have similar games if T1 plays fast and loose again.

KRX Versus Gen.G Esports

Prediction: Gen.G 2-0

The two teams met just last week. That result was a close 2-1, where KRX pushed Gen.G further than expected. Even taking that result into account, Gen.G at their peak should crush KRX.

KT Rolster Versus FearX

Prediction: KT 2-1

Last week, this would have been a surefire 2-0 for KT. The loss of Diable should make BFX weaker. Even if Taeyoon played well against DNS, his ceiling is lower than Diable’s. Now with KT’s drop in form, anything is possible.

Nongshim Redforce Versus HANJIN BRION

Prediction: BRO 2-1

A win for BRO is a Hail Mary prediction, but not out of the realm of possibility. NS were out of sorts with their new roster, and they could prove to be their downfall against BRO. BRO is trending upwards, and they can defeat NS.

T1 Versus Dplus KIA

Prediction: T1 2-1

DK has won the previous two meetings between the two teams. On both occasions, no one expected them to do so. Since that match, both teams have had similar matches. They beat weaker teams, but have lost to the top teams. It could go either way when the two unpredictable rosters go head-to-head.

KRX Versus Hanwha Life Esports

Prediction: HLE 2-0

HLE is on another level at the moment, and they should run away with this series. KRX can challenge the top teams, but HLE might be a step too far for them. Very few teams have won a game against HLE in the LCK regular season.
