Moneybagg Yo and G Herbo shook the internet and shut down any beef rumors with the tease of their new collaboration, “Feet On Land.” The latest single, released this past Friday, features both artists, who many assumed did not get along due to their ties to the same woman, Ari the Don.

Ari the Don is a social media personality and beauty influencer who shares her oldest son, Yosohn, with rapper G Herbo and has been in a relationship with rapper Money Bagg Yo since 2019. The men have never made a social media post towards each other or made a diss song with low blows. The rumor could have swirled from Ari and G Herbo’s current partner and the mother of their younger children, Taina’s public feud.
Ari confirmed that the “Went Legit” rapper cheated on her with Taina. And because of how the couple ended and the physical abuse, they did not have the best co-parenting relationship that played out on TV and the internet.
Perhaps many people assumed that because Ari and G Herbo did not get along, Money Bagg Yo shared the same stance. The “Time Today” rapper became public with Ari the same year she broke up with G Herbo, but there is no evidence that their relationship timelines crossed. Fans and clickbait critics have tried to stir up false confrontations between the two over the idea that the “Whatever U Want” rapper is still pining for Ari.
In 2020, in an interview on REAL 92.3 LA, Herbo was asked how he felt about Ari and Moneybagg Yo’s relationship around his son. The “PTSD” rapper responded, “that the respect level will always be there regardless even if it is not a conversation, certain lines just won’t be crossed.”
But time heals all wounds, and the ladies have smoothed everything over, even pictured on a joint family vacation. Social media reaction to the “Feet On Land “duo is that they are following the lady’s lead and making money over beefing. When the “Whiskey Whiskey” rapper teased a behind-the-scenes video for the song “Feet On Land,” Instagram users immediately had a positive reaction. Some praised the two for their successful co-parenting, while others left comments giving Ari and Yosohn credit for bringing the rap duo together.
One Instagram follower posted, “This is the one when co-parenting is done the right way.” Another one of Moneybagg Yo’s Instagram followers commented, “Very grown man type bidness.” If there was any tension between the two rappers, they have done a great job of keeping it private. Maybe in the future, there will be a “Feet On Land” remix featuring Yosohn.
