Monopoly Go! is taking fans to the galaxy far, far away, thanks to this new Star Wars collaboration. Variety reports that the beloved mobile game will have a two month adventure with stories from The Mandalorian and The Skywalker Saga films. It is already in progress to celebrate this year’s Star Wars Day, so get into all the money-grubbing and greedy action, space opera style.

“In bringing Star Wars into Monopoly Go!, the talented game making team at Scopely set out to create a collaboration that is visually stunning, rich in storytelling, and filled with thrilling gameplay that captures the essence of both franchises,” said Scopely’s president of games Victor Diaz-Roig in a statement. “From iconic characters and eras to the themes that have made Star Wars a cultural touchstone, we worked to craft an experience that feels original and unexpected — while staying true to the creativity and artistry of Monopoly Go!

I will admit that I am not a mobile gaming person in general. I simply don’t have time and I’d rather play on my Switch if I am gaming on the go. But this is really making me want to give in to the ongoing pressure from far too many of my friends to play this game. I haven’t played Monopoly in a long time despite owning it, but this mashup with Star Wars could be the move.
