Travis Kelce is preparing for his "last dance" in the NFL.
The Kansas City Chiefs star recently married Taylor Swift in New York City - but Travis has now turned his attention to the new NFL season, and his pal Cris Carter has hinted that his upcoming campaign could be his last.
Cris wrote on Instagram: "Andrew [Spruill] and I started with Travis before his rookie year in the NFL. Know the [GOAT] is preparing for THE LAST DANCE. Next stop Canton/HOF."
Travis, 36, showed off his wedding band in the post, having tied the knot with Taylor, also 36, at Madison Square Garden on July 3 in front of 1,000 guests.
Although Travis hasn't revealed when he plans to retire from the NFL, he previously gave some insight into his thinking after the Chiefs' rocky 2025-26 season.
He told The Kansas City Star: "Who knows? Either [a decision] hits me quick, or I gotta take some time.
"Last year was a little bit easier. I think I knew right away I wanted to give this [year] a shot. I don't know. We'll see."
Travis confirmed his return for a 14th season in March, with his New Heights podcast announcing on Instagram: "HE'S BACK!!! TRAVIS KELCE IS BACK WITH THE CHIEFS FOR YEAR 14."
Travis began dating Taylor in 2023, and Patrick Mahomes - Travis' teammate at the Chiefs - subsequently claimed that the singer has helped to make the NFL franchise a "worldwide team".
Patrick told Time magazine: "[The Chiefs] went from a nationwide team that was kind of global to a full global worldwide team. That came from Taylor’s fanbase."
Patrick also admitted to being impressed by Taylor's work ethic.
The quarterback - who is widely regarded as one of the best players in the NFL - said: "I’ve met a lot of famous people now in my life. Taylor’s probably the most down-to-earth person that’s been on that stage for that long.
"She’s never not working. Even when she’s taking her downtime, she’s working on something. Shooting a music video or singing a song or writing a song. You can see it by how she talks."
