Look at that beautiful bloody poster. Regal, dignified, violent. F------ perfect.

What does it portend, though? We won’t have to wait long to find out. Tommy Shelby’s latest battle will arrive on the big screen on March 6, 2020. Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man movie will then begin streaming on Netflix two weeks later, on March 20. And don’t forget that in addition to this movie, Peaky Blinders has a sequel series, with a two-season order, heading to Netflix as well. And it will pick up after the events of the Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man movie.

What awaits him and Peaky Blinders fans years after they thought they said goodbye for good, though? In addition to Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man‘s release date and teaser art, here’s the movie’s official synopsis from Netflix:

Birmingham, 1940. Amidst the chaos of WWII, Tommy Shelby is driven back from a self-imposed exile to face his most destructive reckoning yet. With the future of the family and the country at stake, Tommy must face his own demons, and choose whether to confront his legacy, or burn it to the ground. By order of the Peaky Blinders…

Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man comes from creator Steven Knight. He wrote the script. Tom Harper (Wild Rose, Heart of Stone) directs. The Peaky Blinders  movie also features an absolutely bonkers cast. In addition to its Oscar-winning lead, it stars Rebecca Ferguson ( Dune), Tim Roth (Reservoir Dogs), Sophie Rundle (Gentleman Jack), Ned Dennehy (Culprits), Packy Lee (Blue Lights), Ian Peck (His Dark Materials), Jay Lycurgo (The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself ), Barry Keoghan ( The Banshees of Inisherin), and Stephen Graham (Adolescence).

Now that’s a cast worthy of not just a featured film. It’s worthy of Tommy f------ Shelby.

You can stream Peaky Blinders on Netflix now.
