Prime Video's 'Fallout' releases season two first look

The first season of 'Fallout' on Amazon Prime Video proved a pleasant surprise. While video game adaptations have a history of mixed results, the darkly comedic sci-fi dystopian series resonated with audiences in its debut. 

'Fallout,' adapted from the long-running video game series of the same name, is set in a retro-futuristic world devastated by nuclear war. The story follows Lucy, played by Ella Purnell, a sheltered vault dweller who ventures into the wasteland for the first time. Walton Goggins co-stars as The Ghoul, a former actor turned irradiated gunslinger, while Aaron Moten plays Maximus, a member of the militaristic Brotherhood of Steel. Kyle MacLachlan rounds out the cast as Lucy’s father, Hank. The series blends dark comedy, action and social satire, drawing on the games’ distinctive mix of bleak dystopia and wry humor.
