After breaking several box office records and receiving nearly universal critical acclaim, director Ryan Coogler's vampire epic Sinners has finally revealed when you can watch the movie at home. Although the film just debuted in theaters on April 18, 2025, you'll be able to stream it on demand very soon.
Here's what to know about the impending streaming date for Sinners and how you can watch the movie at home.
Sinners will be available to buy as a VOD on June 3, 2025, according to When To Stream. This means that on platforms like Amazon Prime Video or Apple TV, you'll be able to purchase the movie as a digital download. Whether it will be able to stream "for free" with a subscription to a streaming service isn't clear. Though because this film is distributed by Warner Bros., there's a good bet it will arrive on HBO Max later in the year.
That said, the physical release of Sinners on 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD is on July 8, 2025.
Starring Michael B. Jordan in a dual role as twin brothers Smoke and Stack, Sinners tells a powerful and shocking story of how the twins get mixed up with various vampires in 1932. Mixing elements of a historical drama with classic vampire tropes, Sinners is unlike any movie that has come out this year, or perhaps ever.
Coogler, who both wrote and directed the film, is probably best known for having directed the 2018 Marvel smash-hit, Black Panther, which also, memorably, starred Jordan as Killmonger. Coogler has worked with Jordan in many other movies, including the first Creed film, a spinoff of Sylvester Stallone's Rocky franchise.
If you like Coogler and Jordan's other awesome movies, you owe it to yourself to see Sinners. And if you somehow missed it in the theaters, pretty soon, you'll have no excuse.
