Taylor Swift broke her 100-day Instagram hiatus to support Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco's new album, I Said I Love You First, which dropped yesterday.
"I LOVE THIS ALBUM SO MUCH OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDD," the singer wrote on Instagram Stories, posting the album cover and a link to listen to her friend's new music. Naturally, Gomez reposted and responded, "love you tay."

On Hot Ones, Blanco revealed that he wasn't actually a Swiftie before dating Gomez. "Obviously, I was aware of Taylor Swift's music but I wasn’t a true Swiftie until [I was with her]," he explained. "Now, I'll be like, 'Put that song on, how's that one go again?' We’re in the car and I'm like, wow, I'm just singing Taylor Swift songs from 10 years ago and I feel free.”
"They're timeless, what can I say?" Gomez commented, summing up exactly why fans love Swift and her music so much.
When the album was released, she took to Instagram to express her gratitude for her fiancée, writing, "Thank you for being my own personal journal throughout this process. These songs represent our past, present and future… something I can’t wait to experience with you from now until forever. Thank you for pouring your unconditional love into creating this project with me."
Additionally, she thanked "everyone who worked so hard on this album" and her collaborators, such as Gracie Abrams, The Marías, Charli xcx, and FINNEAS.
Of course, she could not conclude her caption without giving a shoutout to her fans: "And finally, thank you to my amazing fans who have grown up with me and cheered me on through every chapter of this story. I hope you love these songs like I do and they help you along your own journey. Thank you for being a part of mine, it truly means the world to me."
As a special thank you, she even shared "Stained," which is a song that her fans have been asking her to release for 8 years. "You guys never forgot about this song. Your love for Stained has never gone away and I wanted to do something special to say thank you for all the love and support on the album." However, it is only available for a limited time.
