Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce prepare for their upcoming wedding, with plenty of rumors swirling about the couple’s requests to their guests. With the NFL offseason in full effect, Kelce has made sure to accompany Swift wherever she goes.
On Thursday, the couple attended the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards. Swift, who dropped her latest album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” last year, was one of the biggest winners of the night.
She won the Artist of the Year and won Best Pop Album awards thanks to the record. During her acceptance speech for the Best Pop Album, she sent a message to her fans.
“The album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl,’ was really inspired by the energy that I felt, like looking into crowds and seeing you guys and connecting with you every single night,” Swift said, via PEOPLE.
Additionally, she took her time to thank Kelce. Swift explained that the veteran makes her feel happy, strong, confident and free. That is the energy she attempted to send with the album.
“I think that this album probably also feels very happy and confident and free because that’s the way that I get to feel every single day of my life, because of my fiancé, who’s here too,” she said.
While Swift inspires Kelce to return to the NFL for one more season, the tight end helps her feel better every day and make happy music. In that regard, Swift has come a long way.
