Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce made a surprise appearance in London this week to support Sadie Sink during her latest stage performance of Romeo & Juliet.
The couple attended the Thursday night showing of the Shakespeare production at the Harold Pinter Theatre, where Sink is currently playing Juliet opposite Noah Jupe. Social media videos from inside the venue later showed Swift and Kelce giving the cast a standing ovation during the curtain call.
Sink’s West End production has quickly become one of London’s most talked-about theater events this season. The strictly limited engagement is scheduled to run only until June 20, with only a limited number of tickets reportedly remaining for upcoming performances.

Also spotted in attendance was British cinematographer Rina Yang, who previously collaborated with Swift and Sink during the filming of ‘All Too Well’ (10 Minute Version).
For longtime fans of both stars, Swift’s appearance at the play felt less like a celebrity outing and more like a public show of support for a friendship that has continued long after their first collaboration together.
Taylor Swift and Sadie Sink first collaborated in 2021, when the singer cast the Stranger Things actress opposite Dylan O’Brien in the short film for ‘All Too Well (10 Minute Version)’. Speaking previously to E! News, Swift revealed that she personally reached out to the actors after preparing the entire visual treatment and script for the project beforehand.
“I got their numbers and sent them text messages and I had already created an entire treatment and script,” Swift explained while discussing the short film’s production process.
Over the years, both Sink and O’Brien have continued speaking warmly about their experience working with Swift. In interviews, Sink described the singer as “grounded” and “genuine,” while O’Brien revealed that the trio still shared a group chat years after filming the project together.
Sadie Sink tells Variety that she has removed Taylor Swift’s “All Too Well” from her “wind down song” rotation since starring in its short film:

Their bond also extended beyond the music video itself. Swift later invited Sink and O’Brien to attend the Tribeca Film Festival screening of the short film, while Sink admitted she initially thought the casting offer was a prank before learning Swift was genuinely interested in working with her.
That history is partly why Swift’s London appearance resonated so strongly with fans online. Years after collaborating on one of Swift’s most celebrated visual projects, the singer showing up in person to support Sink’s stage performance made the friendship feel very real beyond the cameras and headlines.
