The cast of 'Thunderbolts*' had some hilarious reactions to the five and a half hour Marvel livestream

While doing interviews at CinemaCon, the cast of Thunderbolts* shared their reactions to the five and a half hour livestream that revealed the cast of Avengers: Doomsday

In Thunderbolts*, Marvel Studios assembles an unconventional team of antiheroes — Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster and John Walker. After finding themselves ensnared in a death trap set by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, these disillusioned castoffs must embark on a dangerous mission that will force them to confront the darkest corners of their pasts. Will this dysfunctional group tear themselves apart, or find redemption and unite as something much more before it’s too late?

"I just couldn't believe that it was going on for so long," Florence Pugh told Fandango. "I went to go make a cup of tea, and I was like, 'I could put it down for a second,' and then, it was still going. It was amazing, such incredible names."

"It would just go on, and it would stop for a while, and I was just watching. I was like, 'Okay, I get it, Paul Rudd's in this movie. Am I in this movie?'" David Harbour commented. "But yeah, I was excited to see my name come up."

"It was way towards the end," he continued before looking over at Pugh. "You were before me, for sure."

"When my name came up, I literally screamed. I was like, 'Holy moly, this is a very, very big pinch me moment,'" Hannah John-Kamen expressed, who later noted that she is keeping the chair back. "Incredible, so honored to be part of it."

As for Wyatt Russell, he explained that he doesn't have social media. "So every time I get something that's like, 'Share on all your social channels,' if I read that, I close the email because I don't have anything," the actor admitted, but then confirmed that he did get a link afterward to watch. "I thought it was cool, it was fun. It was fun to see people that I'd worked with before that you're going to -- I don't know if we're gonna work with [them] again, but honored to be a part of it, and [it] should be a total blast."

However, there was one name noticeably absent: Julia Louis-Dreyfus. "I don't know, but someone's getting fired," she joked. The other names that were revealed so far include Chris Hemsworth, Vanessa Kirby, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Paul Rudd, Tenoch Huerta Mejia, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Simu Liu, Kelsey Grammer, Lewis Pullman, Danny Ramirez, Joseph Quinn, Winston Duke, Tom Hiddleston, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Alan Cumming, Rebecca Romijn, James Marsden, Channing Tatum, Pedro Pascal, and Robert Downey Jr.

Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to come out in May 2026. Thunderbolts* hits theaters on May 2.
