The duels will continue for at least two more seasons. The Floor has been renewed for Seasons 6 and 7 at Fox. Season 5 of the game show is currently airing on Wednesday nights, but that didn’t stop Fox from securing its slot for two more seasons.
The Floor is a game show where 100 contestants stand on squares on the floor. They each have an expert category in which they duel someone else. Whoever wins that duel wins both pieces of the floor and continues on in the game.
The goal is to win every piece of the floor by continuing to win duels. Whoever wins the whole thing takes home $250,000. In each episode, the contestant who has the most spaces on the floor wins $20,000. The contestant who wins the most duels that episode can also choose from the Time Boost or Category Steal.
Season 5 includes The Territory Freeze, which freezes the contestant who has the most squares halfway through the season until everyone has dueled.

Although an exact premiere date has not yet been announced, Season 6 is set to air in fall 2026. It is slated for Wednesdays at 8/7c.
Meanwhile, Season 7 will most likely air in the spring of 2027, if the pattern follows suit. We expect Season 7 to also air on the same day and time.
Rob Lowe is back as host for Season 6, and he’ll also be the leading man in Season 7.
Season 5 is currently airing on Fox on Wednesdays at 8/7c. In the off-season, fans can watch (or rewatch) the seasons on Hulu. Season 6 will be back on Fox in the fall.
