The most heated reality TV reunions in Bravo history

Bravo’s The Real Housewives is a staple among reality television viewers. With a series in some of the nation’s biggest cities, there’s bound to be a crew of ladies you vibe with. The Real Housewives of New Jersey is a classic. It’s been airing since 2009 and has become one of the network’s most prized possessions — primarily because watchers love viewing an unhinged Teresa Giudice (the show's longest-running cast member). The RHONJ Season 2 reunion was one of many firsts. But the moment Teresa slammed Bravo’s head honcho, Andy Cohen, down in his seat after charging at her season’s arch-nemesis, Danielle Staub took the cake.

Don’t get me wrong, The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s third season reunion was epic, but Season 4 was out of this world. Teresa stirred up the most trouble during the season with her four additional co-stars, two of which were her family members, so all fingers were pointed at her. However, she’s never been one to back down from a challenge, and this reunion performance proves just that. 

Vanderpump Rules has always been one of the most entertaining shows on Bravo, given its impressive 10-year run. However, once the world learned Tom Sandoval cheated on his partner of 10 years with her best friend, it became the most-watched cable series in June 2023. And if that sounds spicy to you, the reunion was on fire. 

The Real Housewives are bound to argue with each other, but did you know the house-husbands get involved, too? And The Real Housewives of Potomac’s third reunion is a prime example. One of the show’s stars, Michael Darby, was under fire by some of the ladies, primarily Karen Huger, for rumors he spread throughout the season. However, Karen was clocked in this year, so this reunion performance was one of her best. 

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has had a handful of entertaining seasons. However, the intense feuds during this reunion between sisters Kim/Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Brandi Glanville made it one for the books.  

The Real Housewives of Atlanta has birthed some iconic reality TV stars like NeNe Leakes, Kenya Moore, Porsha Williams-Guobadia, and many others. With that, they gave us many years of show-stopping entertainment. Season 6 was legendary in many ways. Porsha’s fight with Kenya, Kenya’s defense against the rest of the cast, and NeNe and Kandi Burruss’ intense showdown were all seen by over 4 million weekly viewers. 

The following season of RHOA was just as fierce as the one before. Only this time, Georgia gained a new peach. Claudia Jordan joined the rest of the ladies during a difficult time in their relationships. As they continued dealing with the aftermath of Porsha and Kenya’s physical fight, NeNe and Cynthia Bailey also continued dealing with their friendship's fallout. 

Even though the reunions are designed for the cast to confront their issues and move forward, Season 7 was so explosive there was no way a resolution was happening that day. 

There’s no way a list like this can exist without RHOA Season 9 on it. It was the first four-part reunion in Housewives history and featured one of the most shocking conclusions ever. 

The first season of a reality show can't always captivate viewers as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City did. It could’ve been Lisa Barlow’s confidence or Mary Cosby’s snappy demeanor, but the Season 1 reunion was unlike anything else. "It is nine at night. We are still shooting the Salt Lake City reunion. Unprecedented for a Season 1, 13-episode run,” Andy Cohen while taping the show in January 2021.

Married To Medicine is similar to The Real Housewives, except all cast members are either doctors or married to one. Either way, this show’s drama has been consistent throughout its nine-year run, but Season 5’s reunion is out of this world. It showcased feuds between the cast and their spouses and revealed bombshell truths. 

The cast of Southern Charm sat down for their fifth reunion in 2018, and it has been one of their best since. The dramatic two-parter addressed the season’s biggest allegations, betrayals, and more. Plus, a shocking declaration left the group speechless.

Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County was all about Vicki Gunvalson (the show’s OG) and her boyfriend’s battle with cancer. Except, at some point during the season, some of the ladies discovered he’d been lying and forging documents for some time. If that piqued your interest even a little, imagine what watching the reunion felt like — three back-to-back rounds of highs, lows, and knockout revelations. 

Compared to some of the other shows on Bravo, Summer House is one of the newest additions. However, that hasn’t stopped this cast from delivering jam-packed seasons full of drama in the Hamptons. Season 6 of the show had a wine toss and fiery arguments, and thankfully, the cast carried that energy with them into the reunion.

Season 10 of The Real Housewives of New York City popped off almost immediately. Longtime cast members Sonja Morgan and Dorinda Medley went toe-to-toe, while Carole Radziwill fired off at Bethenny Frankel and her boss, Andy Cohen. 

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City already had a loyal fan base after Season 1; however, with Jen Shah’s legal troubles looming over her and the cast, waiting to hear Andy Cohen’s line of questioning during their second reunion was the biggest reason viewers tuned in.
