With powerhouse performances from Leslie Odom Jr., Daveed Diggs, Renée Elise Goldsberry, and Phillipa Soo, Hamilton turns American history into a revolutionary stage experience. Whether it’s your first watch or your fifteenth, it never gets old. Trust me, I’m thinking about watching it this week for the 100th time. 

The Defenders

Marvel’s street-level heroes unite in this excellent series starring Charlie Cox (Daredevil), Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Mike Colter (Luke Cage), and Finn Jones (Iron Fist). The Defenders series is moody, fast-paced, and filled with tension as these misfit heroes team up to take down a common enemy! 

Star Wars: Resistance

This animated series is a visual treat for Star Wars fans, especially those who want to explore life in the galaxy pre-The Force Awakens. Follow Kazuda Xiono (voiced by Christopher Sean), a young pilot spying for the Resistance, as he learns to fly, fight, and navigate life on the edge of war. It’s a fun little treat for this week’s top 10 shows on Disney+.

The Punisher

Set in New Orleans and filled with emotionally charged storytelling, Cloak and Dagger is part romance, part superhero origin, and totally worth watching. You will need the Disney+ and Hulu bundle tier for this, though.

Legends is a quick-hit recap series that dives into the backstories of your favorite MCU characters! Narrated with sleek editing and packed with clips from previous films, this one’s a perfect pick for this week’s top 10 shows on Disney+ before a rewatch!
