DIRECTV Launches Their Skinny Bundles. Only Pay for What You Watch with New Genre Packs

While we may have seen something like this in the past from other brands, DIRECTV is taking a new approach and building specific Genre Packs ranging from sports, entertainment, and more genres to give customers exactly what they’re looking for, without the hassle of paying for channels you never watch. 

These “Skinny Bundles” are designed to give more flexibility to streamers. The packs come in multiple different forms ranging from MyEntertainment, MySports, MyKids, MyNews, and MiEspañol with Mini-packs cutting down content and price even more to give a more concentrated channel list.
