Lewis Hamilton‘s time in the 2025 season has been massive in terms of personal and financial growth. Although the Briton is facing a stiff challenge in terms of performance at Ferrari, the business side of his life is booming.

Moreover, the Italian constructor has also posted some great profits this year solely because of the 40-year-old joining the team. Now, Hamilton has talked about his own gains after aligning his brand with F1’s most historic team.

Early on during his move to Ferrari, he was rumored to be sponsoring himself with his non-alcoholic drink brand Almave. The Briton posted significant profits in his very first image with the team’s racing suit. Moreover, the constructor reaped the massive benefits as well. Now, the 40-year-old has talked about his personal benefits after joining the team in the 2025 season and aligning his brand with the same.

Lewis Hamilton insisted that he was aware that aligning his brand with Ferrari was a big deal. However, it still hit him like a truck as it was much greater than he imagined it to be. Hamilton noted that the move was beautiful, and his time at Ferrari consisted of a lot of positives that went unnoticed.

The 40-year-old accepted that a lot of responsibilities and the weight of performing well were dropped on his shoulders. The seven-time champion accepted that he was unable to match the expectations laid on him by the people and was unable to win straight away.

However, Hamilton asserted that Rome wasn’t built in a day, and in the same way, it would take him some time before he could start dominating the grid. The 40-year-old insisted that he would have to understand how long it takes him to return to his previous dominant form.

I knew that aligning our brands would be big, But it still hits you and you’re like, ‘This is even more powerful than I imagined.’ It’s beautiful and there have been plenty of positives, although a lot of responsibility and weight comes with it. Everyone expects to win straight away but ‘Rome wasn’t built in a day.’ How long did it take? We’ll have to look that up.

Lewis Hamilton told Ferrari Magazine.

Lewis Hamilton hopes to ‘stay positive’ amid challenging Ferrari debut

The 2025 season has been nothing short of a massive disappointment for Lewis Hamilton. Since the beginning of the year, Hamilton has only achieved a single sprint race win with no podium finishes in the main race.

As such, this year will surely go down in history as the worst season for the seven-time champion. Still, he hopes to stay positive and continue to give it his all to improve results as soon as possible.

Lewis Hamilton pointed out that he had been in F1 for so long, but joining Ferrari as a driver was a completely different experience. However, Hamilton did not blame the people within the team for not knowing their way around the intense performance struggles. The Briton noted that all he could do was focus on the things he could control and stay positive throughout the challenging phase.

I’ve been in F1 for so long, but when I came to this team it really was different again. So I don’t blame people for not knowing. All I can do is continue to focus on the things that I can control. How I prepare, and work with the team. How I show up each day and stay positive.

Lewis Hamilton noted.

The 2025 season is near completion, and there are just four races left. Certainly, Hamilton would like to put the entire year behind him and start afresh in the upcoming season. For now, the 40-year-old will hope to end the season on the best possible note and come up as a race-winning force by the 2026 season.
