The football program going to a bowl game and the men's basketball team making the NCAA Tournament is a success no matter what for an athletic department, but for these 13 schools they might have wanted a little bit more.

Yeah, they got there, but things sort of fizzled out quickly - or, in some cases, there was a huge run in one sport and not much in the other - as you'll see in this round of rankings from 21 to 33 of the top football and basketball schools.
